Ventrium, LLC is a plucky, imaginative woman-owned project management firm specializing in change management.
We are devoted to helping our clients build resilient organizational cultures, systems, structures, and processes to manage the inevitability of change. We do this by employing proven integrated change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes, focusing on both the technical and human aspects.
We view ourselves as partners, not just with our clients and employees, but with our community and the environment.

Shaun Watson is the President and Owner of Ventrium, LLC. She is responsible for providing overall leadership to position the company at the forefront of its niche market. She also oversees the company’s client portfolio, service delivery, and continued growth.
Shaun has more than 25 years of experience in project management, contract management, business development and finance.
Prior to heading Ventrium, she was a Senior Program Manager for the US Agency for International Development (USAID) Portfolio Division of a large federal government contractor in Washington, DC, and previously served as Procurement Project Lead, Subject Matter Consultant, and Staff Supervisor for numerous USAID bureaus, independent offices, and overseas Missions.
Currently, in addition to her business leadership role at Ventrium, she facilitates project management and professional development ["soft skills"] training for corporations and organizations worldwide.
Ms. Watson received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Houston, and a Master’s degree in Applied Sociology focused on Gender and Economic Development from the University of Maryland – Baltimore County. A former Shriver Peaceworker Fellow and returned Peace Corps Volunteer (Kenya, Zambia), Shaun is dedicated to promoting civility in the global workplace.
